What you’ll be doing
Are you the kind of person who doesn’t wait for opportunities—but creates them?
We are looking for a Sales & Product Manager LED who will take ownership of our LED business across Europe and turn it into a serious growth engine. This is not a maintenance role. This is about building markets, shaping products, and closing deals that matter.
You operate at the intersection of sales, product, and strategy.You develop new markets and customers across Europe
- You build and expand a distribution network
- You identify and close key accounts and strategic partnerships
- You actively contribute to product development and positioning
- You translate market insights into new product opportunities
- You work closely with engineering to align technical capabilities with market needs
You are not handed a roadmap—you help define it.
What makes this role different
What we expect from you
- 10–15+ years of experience in B2B technical sales
- Strong track record in business development and market expansion
- Experience with distribution channels and international markets
- Affinity with LED, lighting, electronics, or industrial applications
- Ability to combine commercial drive with technical understanding
