Partner Success Practice Lead (PSPL)

What will you do?

We are looking for a Partner Success Practice Lead (PSPL) to join our team in the Benelux.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our partners, including System Integrators, EPCs, and Schneider Electric.

As a PSPL, you will be the main point of contact for our partners, playing a crucial role in their adoption and success with AVEVA solutions. You will be comfortable advising and negotiating at a management level, with a deep understanding of our partners’ business objectives. Your mission is to articulate the value of our solutions, inspire partners, and support them in expanding their adoption of our technologies.

Your responsibilities

  • Attend to partner needs and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans for revenue acceleration and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners.
  • Create and execute partner success plans, tracking key metrics to ensure adoption and success.
  • Communicate regularly about the impact and effectiveness of the AVEVA program to all stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partners’ needs, strategies, and business goals, as well as the industry in which they operate.
  • Act as a data strategist for each partner account, providing insights into the ecosystem, trends, and future growth opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify new partners within target segments, with a focus on SaaS and Cloud solutions.
  • Develop unique selling propositions based on market and competitor knowledge.
  • Produce detailed and accurate sales and revenue/budget forecasts for partner renewals.
  • Assist Account Managers in developing strategic account plans leveraging partners.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the AVEVA Partner Network program.
